Our New MaD Man – Michael Nissen
Michael joined the MaD lab in March 2020. He studied computer science and information systems at FAU. His master thesis in the NLP domain covered „label extraction from electrocardiogram free text reads“ and was conducted abroad in collaboration with the Computational Cardiovascular Research Group at MIT. His personal interests include (emergency) medicine and aviation. Michael will be working on the SMART Start project, aiming to simplify and improve prenatal care.
