EmpkinS : Empathokinästhetische Sensorik – new collaborative research center at FAU

The German Research Foundation (DFG) has approved a new collaborative research center at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU). The SFB 1483 EmpkinS aims to open up completely novel “digital”, patient-centered diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities for medicine and psychology with non-contact radar-, radio- and camera-based sensor technologies and the use of innovative signal processing methods and artificial intelligence.

For the full collaborative project, we are currently recruiting 23 doctoral researchers.
